Who Should Be Cautious

Beginners: Start with Hanuman Chalisa first; graduate to Bajrang Baan after establishing regular practice
Pregnant Women: Consult with a spiritual advisor before starting
Children: Can recite under adult supervision and with proper guidance
Those with Impure Intentions: Never recite to harm others - effects can reverse

Essential Don'ts

Never recite with intention to harm anyone
Do not recite in impure states (after eating non-veg, drinking alcohol, etc.)
Avoid recitation in unclean places
Don't recite just for showing off or without faith
Never recite while lying down on bed
Avoid recitation during inauspicious activities

Commitment Requirements
